What people often ask us.

Which documents can Palmara read?

PDFs, including scanned ones thanks to text recognition, Word documents, Excel workbooks, PowerPoint presentations and ZIP archives. Drop the tender just as you downloaded it, folders included.

Are the documents really editable?

Yes. Presentations are native PowerPoint files: text, shapes and tables edit like any other slide. Word documents are .docx files built on your template, spreadsheets are .xlsx. PDF export is available too.

Which industries does Palmara work for?

All of them. Palmara reads the tender whatever the trade: construction, services, consulting, IT, manufacturing, healthcare… It relies on your knowledge and your templates, not on fixed industry layouts.

Can Palmara make things up?

Palmara writes from the tender, the project memory and the knowledge you have approved. When information is missing, it says so: for example, sections of a proposal with no content are marked “to complete”. Your team reviews and edits everything.

Do we need to provide our PowerPoint and Word templates?

It is recommended: Palmara draws on your template and extracts logos, colours, fonts and icons from it. A single upload is enough to import your brand assets: templates, logos, fonts, images.

Are our documents used to train AI models?

No. Palmara calls AI models through business offerings whose terms rule out training on customer data.

Can several people work together?

Yes. Your organisation can be split into teams; each member has a role (viewer, contributor, manager, administrator or custom) and you invite colleagues by email.
